Pipeline cathodic protection survey

Stopcorr S-Log Twin Cell System is developed by utilizing the most recent cutting-edge technology and research to capture real-time cathodic protection of a subsea pipeline. Designed to be configured with any ROV and AUV, S-Log Twin Cell System proves to be a reliable CP survey system in the market.

Multiple axes field gradient measurement

Stopcorr S-Log Multi-FG System measures various axes of field gradient, which can effectively spot anode location, recognise anode activities, current drain vectors, and active coating defects. Multi-FG System also identifies human and equipment errors which improves the accuracy and reliability of the FG data.

Trailing wire cathodic protection survey

Stopcorr S-Log CP-Trail System enables clients to execute nearshore or buried pipelines CP survey which have limited access for a conventional pipeline inspection.

Structure CP Survey

Providing complete underwater CP inspection services, S-Log Single Cell System is used to perform underwater CP inspection for subsea structures. Smaller than the twin cell probe and can easily be configured to an inspection/ observation class ROV, the single cell technique provides contact and proximity potential measurements. The compact and robust design of the probe also enables the probe to be configured to a work class ROV.

Structure PFG Survey

Stopcorr PFG System is the most recent advancement, capable of reducing the task of conducting conventional cathodic protection surveys by up to 60%. This approach can bring down the cost of vessel and ROV by reducing the operational time. Additionally, the PFC System can be configured to deploy from the platform via a Mini ROV. The future performance and remaining life of the extant CP system can be predicted using PFG data and 3D simulational.

Dropcell CP Survey

Requires less time and low cost, general structure potential can be obtained using dropcell method.
The survey is conducted by lowering Stopcorr dropcell from topside into the water, as close as possible to the platform jacket or jetty piles. Readings are then recorded at various location and water depth
